Happy Birthday Dad!

Since my mom is away for my Dad's birthday, and he's been farming (super busy, can't put him on a schedule...) I enlisted the help of my mom's BFF Debbie to plan a small dinner for my Dad. Debbie is a fabulous cook and and even better hostess so when she offers to do a dinner - I knew it will be better than anything I could whip up. We had an great meal with veggies, pierogies, BBQ chicken, salad, all the fixin's and a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.

I can't remember the last time I sang Happy Birthday to my Dad but it was alot of fun and I'm glad I was able to drag him out of the fields to have a home-cooked meal.
