Wonderland Halloween

Since it was too hot for Allison to wear her queen costume, I decided to put her in the Alice in Wonderland costume that I made 3 years ago for my niece, Scarlett. I made ears for me and attached them to an old headband, made a yarn tail, and a satin bow tie, and I was the white rabbit.

 

Allison got a full bucket of candy while trick or treating in Brookside. So full, that while we walked from stop to stop, she asked me to carry the bucket.

After the candy fun, we headed back to the church for a pot luck dinner. Allison only wanted candy for dinner, but I managed to trade her a few bites of mac and cheese and salad for two chocolate bars and a lollipop.
