4 Pounds

Today was Allison's weigh in day and she has finally hit the 4 pound mark! She's getting so big and strong and we couldn't be happier with her progress. Soon she will be out of her isolette and into a cot/shallow crib.

I've been doing kangaroo care every day from 2-4pm and Allison sleeps really well while we cuddle. My lack of sleep has really been catching up with me and today I couldn't help nodding off. I try so hard not to sleep because I love looking at her and watching her sleep so peacefully but today I passed out for 1/2 an hour and it made a huge difference to my energy level.
