Dinsey On Ice

A few months ago I bought tickets for Disney on Ice for our family. Like most of our excursions, we didn't tell Allison what we were doing until we arrived at the Sprint Center. One of the best things about Kansas City is how fast you can get downtown to an event. I remember going to the Air Canada Center as a teenager (in Toronto) and it being a nightmare to park, then walk, then to get out of downtown after the show.

Here (and yes, it was Sunday so it wasn't as busy as a Friday night) but we left our house at 3:55 and were in the lobby by 4:25pm. Allison was allowed to pick one treat and she picked a Ariel snow-cone. The show was 2 hours (with a short intermission) and we had great seats. Even Nathan remarked on how great the costumes and show were. Each princess got their own song or short story, with Mickey, Minnie, and Tinkerbell acting as the masters of ceremony.
