Bulletin Board

Four times a year I make a new bulletin board for the Children's Ministry at Wornall Road. I usually look at what type of backgrounds are available at JoAnn's fabric and go from there. I saw a fun underwater background so I decided to go with a Deep Sea theme. I made this octopus from some scrap fabric and poly-fil stuffing. His head is a cereal box plus plastic bags, and his eyes are felt.

Allison thought he was pretty funny.

 This is my finished board. Each fish has the name and birthday of a kid in our church who will have a birthday during the season that the bulletin board is up. Allison was very excited to see her name.
