Fountain Blues

While driving through the plaza I noticed that someone had dyed the J.C.Nichols fountain water blue! I overheard people talking about how it's dyed pink during breast cancer awareness,but no one knew why it was blue! It was still cool to see. In the city of fountains we've already seen 2 fountain pranks!
