In Memory

It is with complete shock and sadness that I share the news that our dear friend and swimming partner, Miss Phoenix Coleman passed away on Tuesday. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

I've been fortunate to get to know Beth and Phoenix since Allison and I started to attend Mom-Group. We've become close and shared in our girls' milestones and we've been sharing the excitement of the upcoming arrival of Beth's second child, a boy, this summer. 

Phoenix was a happy and spirited 18 month old with beautiful hair and a determined heart.

I am so lucky to have known her and share a piece of her last day in this world.
