Today my mom and I took Allison to the Port Stanley main
beach. Allison loves sand and water so it made sense to put them together. The
water was calm today and even out 100ft, the water was only up to mid-thigh.
Allison loved splashing in the water and building a
sandcastle. When we got back in the car she was already asking when we could
come back.
After a couple of hours by the water, we walked into
Mackies, a Port Stanley institution, known for their secret fry sauce and
Orangeade.
On the way home we stopped at our friend’s Debbie and
Casey’s house so raid their garden for our dinner. We got peppers, onion, kale,
and basil. Our car smelled delicious on the way home.
