Tonight was very hot and Allison was wired because she napped for 3 hours, so we brought her kiddie pool to the driveway and filled it with water and water balloons. She's never played with water balloons before and she loved trying to smash them.

Staycation
Usually when Nathan has holidays, we pack in so many adventures, places, and friends, that we don't spend much time just the three of us. But this vacation was very different. We stayed close to home, didn't make any plans, and had naps most days. It was great and it was just what our family needed to recharge before Nathan starts up at KU (hopefully) in the next week or two.
