Today was a family yard work day. My mom watched the kids as
Fraser, Shelley, and I raked, moved pots and furniture. It was great to work and not be interrupted
by a wild baby running for the road. I forgot how big my parent’s yard is- but
it’s so beautiful that it’s inspiration to work hard for it.
After we had lunch, Tanner discovered that the flooded field
between my Dad’s and aunt’s house was filled with toads. My brother and Tanner
wadded in to catch about 20 frogs. They set them free after showing off their
catch to Shelley. I was able to get some photos because I borrowed Shelley’s
rubber boots. I was really grossed out.
