Turkey Creek Festival

Nathan has the weekend off so today we went to Antioch Park (about 10 minutes from our house) to the Turkey Creek Festival. It was a free event, including bouncy houses, train rides, petting zoo, fire and police vehicles, and pony rides. We got to the festival right when it opened at 9:30am so that Allison could enjoy everything before the lines got too long. Parking was down the street from the event so there were school buses that were acting as shuttles. Allison loves school buses and I think that ride was the highlight of the day.

We ran into friends from church, and Nathan ran into a few friends from work and by the time we left at 12:30pm, the park was packed with people.
