Sugar Boost

The last time we went to Culver's we tried their concrete mixers. April gave me some coupons so we were able to do a 2 for 1 deal. The flavor I chose was chocolate and coconut and Nathan chose peanut butter and snickers. Mine was great but his was amazing. I was really jealous so I decided to make the flavor at home.

I made peanut butter cookies and cut up a few mini-snickers and mushed them into the center and then folded the outer cookie onto the bar. When they baked they spread out and tasted great!
